    Mrs Brain Trainer is a mindset and life coach, not a medical professional, licensed therapist or counsellor. Sessions are for general guidance and education and do not constitute medical advice. If you have specific medical or psychological concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before attending our sessions. It is your responsibility to assess your suitability in terms of attending our sessions.

  3. Physical Limitations:
    Some sessions include yoga and cold-water therapy.
    Yoga, like any physical activity, carries a risk of injury. You should not perform any yoga postures or exercises that you are not comfortable with or that may be beyond your current level of experience or physical condition. Always practise within your own limits.
    Cold water therapy may not be suitable for everyone. It involves exposure to cold water, which can result in physical discomfort, shock, hypothermia, or other adverse effects. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with cold water therapy, and you accept these risks.
    It is your responsibility to assess your own physical condition, limitations and health. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns about your ability to participate, please consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in either yoga or cold-water therapy.

    We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and success depends on the client’s commitment and effort.

    We are not responsible for any personal belongings that you bring to our classes, such as clothing, jewellery, or electronic devices. Please secure your items during all sessions.
